The PVC tarp in the pic above is a product complaint for Walmart.One Walmart customer buy a piece of gray color PVC laminated tarp in their shop,but it break in 3 month.Off course, here we don't care where Walmart buy it,also no interests to make a criticism on Walmart.

First,Fundamentally,there is materials composition problem before production,especially for film production.Excessive higher percentage of calcium powder must be added in the film materials,so the film feels hard and elasticity become lower.Although lower materials cost,but lower elasticity.This is the most important reason why break in a short time.

The main method to test before we buy,is to check if any white crease where we fold for four to five times.If yes,that means too much calcium power.The manufacturer are able to solve this problem by add less calcium and more oil.

Second,the polyester in side is common yarn,that is low strength polyester.If you want durable tarp,you can choice high strength industrial polyester instead.

Third,the tarp is too thin and low weight/sqm.
